Show off your 18th-century swagger with this handy period-correct hand lantern. It looks great, is easily documented, and packs small with big style. This pattern is depicted in several 17th and 18th-century paintings and drawings.
Amber or lite lampshade mica panes. I can also use natural mica which is more authentic and much more transparent.
Bright finish, Red or black finish.
The finish is intended to resemble a lantern that has been used and repainted multiple times, with visible brush marks and imperfections.
Each lantern is made by hand, one at a time. There can be significant differences in the appearance of the finish compared to the photos.
