I am playing with this early-style lantern, which resembles small dome-topped candle lanterns seen in early church art, 1400s-1500s. The body is pierced in a simple circle pattern, and the door has an amber-colored lampshade mica pane.
This lantern would greatly add to any early style impression, event, or film project.
The lantern is about 15” tall, including the wire ring, and is about 5 inches in diameter.
The lantern is painted black and red and is heavily distressed.
